Angelica archangelica has a rich cultural history in the nordic region. This webinar will concern potential for increased use and value creation through cultivation and processing in the Arctic region.
Speaker Mette Thomsen is a researcher at the Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research (NIBIO). NIBIO contributes to food security and safety, sustainable resource management, innovation and value creation through research and knowledge production within food, forestry and other biobased industries.
