Our sister organisation in Austria, Arche Noah, are arranging an online course about perennial onions.
Many onion species (the Allium genus) are suitable as hardy permanent crops and provide fresh, tasty and nutritious seasonal vegetables whilst being climate and insect friendly. This course deals with the cultivation, propagation and ethnobotany of the amazing diversity of Allium species and varieties.
